What is the cancellation policy?
At our practice, we strive to provide quality counseling services to all clients in a timely manner. To maintain this standard, we have a cancellation policy in place that emphasizes the importance of respecting not only your therapist’s time but also that of other clients.
When you schedule a session, you are reserving a spot in your therapist’s calendar that cannot be filled by other clients. Therefore, if you need to cancel, please notify your therapist as soon as possible. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can provide, so we can offer the time slot to someone else who may need it.
Cancellation Notice: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your session, a fee of $85 will be charged.
No-show Policy: Please note that insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions, regardless of prior notice.
Thank you for understanding and respecting our cancellation policy. This helps ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to all our clients.
