Chloe is a mental health counselor who is passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s ups and downs. She believes that therapy works best when it is a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
Chloe works collaboratively with clients to help them explore what is happening in their lives, identify strengths, and develop practical tools to support meaningful growth and change. She specializes in working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges.
Her approach is compassionate, relational, and tailored to each clients unique experience and needs. Drawing from CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, Chloe values creating a space free of judgement where clients can better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward the changes they want to see in their lives.
