Alayna Nowlin
Alayna is passionate about holding a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore themselves with honesty and curiosity. She believes that therapy is an opportunity to slow down, deepen self-awareness, develop insight, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling.
Her approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to the individual, grounded in the belief that there is no one right way to help every person. She values meeting each client with openness and genuine curiosity, honoring their uniqueness, and drawing from various therapeutic approaches to best supports their individual needs.
Alayna is currently completing her second counseling master's degree, an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at New York University. She brings a wealth of experience working with clients across diverse clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health, substance use treatment and group counseling.
Ultimately, Alayna hopes to help clients see themselves more clearly, navigate life’s inevitable challenges with resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and the lives they are building.
